The Range Rover is a luxury SUV vehicle produced by Land Rover. The owner of this series is Tata Motors from India, but Land Rover comes from the United Kingdom. The first Range Rover appeared in 1970 and now it is called a Range Rover of the first generation. In Great Britain it is easy to buy used Land Rover cars, especially the Range Rover model. The Land Rover Range Rover of the first generation is still being produced. It’ prototype was called VELAR, which means “Vee Eight Land Rover - Land Rover with a V8 engine. The engine was bought from the Buick Company. The first generation is still quite popular in United Kingdom and a lot of people buy used Land Rover cars if they live near the sea or mountains. It is easier to travel using such cars in and around these areas. Used land Rover cars are not very cheap but you will not pay much if you are satisfied with vehicles such as the Range Rover of the first generation. The most expensive is the Land Rover Range Rover Sport, which was introduced in 2005. It has an integrated-body frame which comes from the Discovery LR3. In Poland, for example, it is very hard to find used Land Rover cars and they are not overly popular among Polish buyers.
